This movie was hilarious! Though I would not take your children there are a few F bombs and some sexual reference. Ricky Gervais really steals the show with is pompus yet awkard Dr. Betram Pincus. You will laugh at every scene.
Pros: Very entertaining, funny worth ticket price
Cons: language and some sexual reference

Ricky Gervais's dry wit is hilarious and provides a nice antidote to Kinnear's attempts to steal the limelight in every scene he's in. Leoni's performance is best described as not detrimental. Gervais is a great comedian and a good choice for a comedy about dead people. Inevitably, the plot builds into a drama where Gervais's character makes himself a better man through the experience: thus, sucking the humor out. Nevertheless, it doesn't make the shift until late in the movie and it isn't too bad: many will like it. Also, Aasif Mandvi of the Daily Show gives a surprisingly great, though small, performance. His role isn't even humorous which makes him the biggest, nice surprise of the movie. I would only give it three and a half if I could, but it's closer to a four than a three.
