We had called a different company (a guy named larry who services hot tubs) to come fix our hot tub. they came once and never came back. then they charged us for it. so we called spa mechanics. they came out and got everything done really well. we haven't had any problems at all since then, and they were a lot cheaper than the first company.
Pros: everything. they were awesome
Cons: we called the other company first
