So, I haven't been able to find a good hairstylist to go to for a long time. And I was at work and I overheard this lady talking about how much she loved her new hairstyle. I asked her who she went to and she told me to go to Barb. I went to Barb and she was seriously so amazing! She was friendly, but most of all she knew what she was doing. Barb is very educated on hair and understands what looks good on certain people. I told her that I wanted something fresh and new. So she just gave me the best color and cut I have ever had! I am so happy with how I look and I am very happy that I found Barb!!!

I have been going to Brie for about a year since I moved from Colorado. She is a great stylist with a lot of talent. I have done so many colors in my hair and think she has done a supherb job and would greatly recommend her to anyone!

Pros: Very friendly staff and Brie keeps the conversation going

Cons: hard to find!

I came on city search to find a salon to go to. I found Salon Rutted and decided to go to Barb. She was very friendly and nice and was very excited to do my hair. I haven't really had a good hair style in about ten years and I just decided that I wanted something fresh and new. I told Barb that I needed something that would look good on my face shape but that would also be fun and stylish. She gave me some ideas and we decided on a fresh new look. I am very satisfied with my new look and am very happy I found Barb. I will always go to her and I recommend her to all who want a good hairstylist!!!

I actually found this salon on city search and saw the reviews and decided to check it out and I went to Brie! Let me just tell you I have never gone to a more skilled stylist before in my life! I told her what I wanted, she gave me honest opinions and went off of that. I have tons of hair and it always looks like nothing was ever done to it but Brie definately made my hair look amazing! She gave me a "hip" new color and cut. She colored my hair a really pretty chocolate brown with some vibrant highlights and gave me a way cute cut!! She ended up putting my hair in ponytails and cut away and I was freaked out! It ended up being the cutest cut I have ever ever ever had! Other stylists at the salon complimented my hair! Everyone I work with thinks I look amazing and now have a date this week!!!!! GO SEE BRIE!

i went to salon rutted for the first time about a month ago and now im for sure hooked!!!! bethany did my hair and she was absolutley FABULOUS!!!! i have REALLY long hair and she colored and cut it great and listened when i asked for only a couple inches off....i have had expiriences before where my stylists took off 5 inches instead of 2! bethany was great when i asked her opinion she was completley honest and in the end i was soooo happy with her suggestions and how my hair turned out! and i was expecting to pay at least 90 bucks for cut and color with my length of hair but i was so surprised when it was ONLY 60! i will definitly be returning to salon rutted!

I just went to Salon Rutted as a new client and I ended up with Barb as my hairstylist. I asked her to brighten up my face with a new color and cut. She tossed out some great ideas and she ended up giving me an awesome cut and color. I was amazed at how educated she was on the color line. I think Barb has a lot of experience and really knows what she is doing. She was very friendly and I enjoyed my day at the salon. I love my new look and I will definately return to see Barb again soon!

I have finally found someone who can cut my hair! I moved to Salt Lake this past year and have not been able to get a haircut that I didn't want to hide under a hat. I need to be able to look professional in a suit and tie and Nikki did a great job. She actually listened to what it was I wanted and gave me some suggestions on what she thought would make it better. It looks great and my girlfriends loves it! She also gave me a scalp massage that was awesome and trimmed my eyebrows. I'll definitely be back.

A friend of mine recommended Kimberlee at Salon Rutted for permanent cosmetics. I had my eyebrows done previously by someone else and the color and shape needed to be fixed. In addition, I decided to have my eyeliner done. Because my prior experience with my brows was so bad, I was nervous to try again. I was also concerned about pain when having my eyeliner done. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! I could not believe how comfortable I was during the service. She fixed my brows and my eyeliner looks great. She is very knowledgable and customer focused and she is also a licensed master aesthetician. She explained to me that in Utah, you don't need a license or any formal training to do permanent cosmetics on someone (which is why I had a problem with my brows in the first place), so there are lots of people doing permanent cosmetics who have never had formal training. If you are thinking about having permanent cosmetics, you should go to Kimberlee. I will recommend her to all my friends.
