I moved from Long Beach,California a little over two years ago. While in california I went to the same nail shop every week for a fill and a pedicure for 6 years. I always had the best designs and the newest stuff. So saying that I know a thing or two about nails, and I have very high expectations. Everyone wanted to know where I went. I moved to Utah and seen that all the girls in Utah were a little more conservative and wanted "FRENCH TIPS". Every nail shop I tried only knew how to do that. I would even draw a design for them on paper to show them what I wanted. No one had the skill nor the knowledge to do what I wanted. Little did I know, what I needed, was just a few blocks away. I tried, and have been going there every week ever since. This family is honest, hard working people, with a lot of skill and "KNOW HOW" In the nail industry. Now everyone asks me where I go to do my nails!!!(Again) Come in and try. For the bad reviews. !!!!! IF ITS TOO HOTT GET OUT THE KITCHEN!!!!-Brittiny-

Pros: Everything.

Cons: A whole lotta nodda.....lol

This nail salon is one of the fewest salons that I have gone to that can do nail designs on your nails by hand and not airbrush them or use decals. After every visit, I feel even sexier to show off my hands and feet to the world. All of my girlfriends get jealous because I have a different flower, butterfly, and all these other designs done. Best of all, the charge only $24 for the pedicure with design on my toe big toes. They are reasonable priced and explain to you what they can do. So if you wanna do something new for a change or go wild, I highly recommend anyone to try them out!! ~Lacey~

Pros: Creativity and Perfectionist

Cons: nothing

Elite nails is the only nail salon that has made my nails look amazing. I like my nails sculptured and everywhere else I have gone has never been able to make them look natural. Tom and Teri are both cute and they always make me laugh. They are super friendly and always makes sure I am comfortable and always ask me what shape, length, I would like. One thing that makes this salon stand out than others is the fact that they will ask me to pay before I paint my nails so that way I don't mess up my nails.

Pros: Feel welcome every visit

Cons: nothing

This salon has been clean every time that I come in and I always bring a new friend every time. Salons in the past have been really dusty and not tidy at all. This was also the "BEST" pedicure I have ever had in my life. Here, they wrap your legs in hot towels that help soften your skin and the nail art they do is amazing. I have never been unhappy here so I recommend anyone that wants to be treated with a one on one friendly environment to come in.

Pros: amazing service

Cons: nothing

Everytime i leave the salon, my confidence gets another boost!! Tom and Terri are amazing!! Their hospitality is common to a homestyle enviroment where ALL are welcome, so put on your people skills and visit a real authentic, cultural friendly nail salon!! -Kimmie and Daughter.

Elite nails is by far the best nail shop i've been to since arriving in Utah. They have a California flair, yet world wide classic and urban feel. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wouldnt go anywhere else, so come take your shoes off and get comfy!!!!

Then she handed me a card and said call next time so we arent so backed up. There was only two more people that came in. They were not busy and they need to get it together and learn what courtesy and respect for the customer means. I will never go back to this place and I don't recomend it to anyone! You will do nothing but waste your money. They don't listen to you.

Pros: none

Cons: everything!

First of all there are seriously understaffed. They had two people going back and forth between four customers. I had to keep waiting for them to come back and finsh my nails. They were very rough with my hands. All I wanted was a french tip (full set) I told them they were too long but they didnt listen. My nails were not on straight! They were very sloppy. they spilled aceton all over my hands and didnt even apologize or acknolege what happened. They hurryed through the whole experience. They're daughter was running all over the place, pulling my hair and jumping in my lap, grabbing my hands and trying to play games with me. They didnt control her they just let her run around doing whatever she wanted to do. Before they were even done with my nails they asked me to pay. In the meanwhile there older daughter, whom is one of the employees is talking with profanity to her friend. My friend who came with me was trying to pick a design and they were rushing here and the lady said how about I just do it and surprise you? Very short temperted and rude. Very poor customer service. TRUST ME ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAT THIS PLACE!!! Stay far away.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: EVERYTHING
