I lived in the complex for over three years. When I first moved in the staff was friendly, and the grounds were kept up. The amenities are nice, and the location to stores is convenient. That said, the staff has a high turn over rate, and the recent staff has been extremely rude and negligent. The rent has continued to increase, yet the quality of the complex has gone down. There are many other comparable places in salt lake that are more reasonably priced, and I am sure less rude. As a place of business providing service, that is unacceptable. The surrounding apartments are a little suspect, and within the last year there were a number of robberies in the parking lot. I would look else where if I were a prospective renter.
Pros: location to stores
Cons: safety, rude staff, complex upkeep is not the best
