I've been a customer of Century Carpet Cleaning for 10 years. Scott is amazing. He gets my carpet so clean... you'd think it was new. Very impressive. There have been times that other techs come out to do the job, and I have been unsatisfied... but after a phone call to Scott, it is taken care of immediately. Scott knows how to take care of this customers. Kudos Scott.

Called Century because they can service apartments using portable cleaners. Other services work only direct from the truck. Appointment made easily; called back to confirm as promised. Driver called when he was on his way to say he would be a few minutes late (very impressd). Driver/cleaner was most personable reassuring my wife and cat that all would be taken care of without upset. Cleaning was thourough, patient, professional and results (spot removal) even better than expected.
Pros: Service, reliability
Cons: Price slightly higher than expected

I have never had better customer service then I did from Century Carpet Cleaners. If a spot re-appeared in my carpet, they came back out to re-clean my carpet for no charge within the first 30 days. The technicians have always been very friendly & courteous.
