Danielle's was recommended to me by a friend who had purchased her gown there. It is the only store I spent more than 5 minutes in. Pam treated me like a queen despite my desire for a VERY affordable dress! Not only that, but she actually paid attention to what I liked and even identified my style before I had even figured it out simply by observing the types of materials and gowns I gravitated towards. She never tried to force her opinion on me though she was tactfully honest if she thought a dress, even a more expensive one, wasn't as flattering as another, while at other stores you come out greeted by "oh my goodness you look gorgeous" in a way that makes you doubt their sincerity. The dressing rooms were large and had mirrors so I could reject a dress without having to go out in front of everyone in it! At the end of my first visit she advised me to try on lots of other dresses before deciding, rather than trying to coerce me into choosing the dress I was clearly partial to that was a bit out of my initial price range. On my second visit I tried on 10 more dresses without being rushed and nothing compared to the gown from the week before. It was my decision, not the salesperson's, and she didn't try to force shoes or a veil or corset or anything on me once I had made my decision. My point is, your wedding day is special, and choosing the dress is just the beginning of your relationship with the store you purchase your dress from. I chose to purchase my dress from this store because I know they will treat me right throughout my alterations and cleanings right up to my wedding day. If I am going to give my business and my faith to a store, this is the kind of store I want to give it to.
Pros: large dressing rooms, beautiful gowns, professional service
Cons: none

I found Danielle's after googling 'bridal stores' in Salt Lake, then proceeded to visit just about every one of them. Danielle's was by far the best all of these places, with personalized, friendly service from two sales ladies, Janet and Pam, who give you as little or as much attention (and advice!) as you'd like. I agree with the previous poster who stated that their dresses look couture without the exorbitant prices - and there's a great selection despite the small outward appearance of the store. This places is hands down superior to everywhere else I looked.
Pros: friendly, genuine service
Cons: none

After going to a few other bridal shops with mediocre results, I finally went to Danielle's. Several of my girlfriends recommended the place and had gotten their dresses there. After my day there I could absolutely see why everyone was recommending it. The dresses all looked super high end, while the prices were very affordable. I had a hard time choosing a dress because there were so many great options. Pam was so helpful and nice, offering great advice and objective comments to suit my body type and tastes. I will highly recommend this place to anyone I consider a friend. This is one of the best kept secrets in town!
Pros: Selection, Service

I recently bought my wedding dress at Danielle's Bridal and I had such a wonderful experience! I was a little apprehensive about looking for a dress and I put it off as long as I could. On my first day of shopping, I went to two shops and was dissappointed with both. Someone had recommended Danielle's and even though it was pretty far from where I live, I decided to check it out. Pam Dew was so sweet and she made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. I was on a tight budget and she helped me find several dresses that were in my price range. I still can't believe how easy it was, I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! It was such a huge relief. I found the perfect dress for the perfect price at the perfect shop. Thank you, Pam!
Pros: Friendly, helpful service with reasonable prices

I sent my sweet neice to Danielle's knowing she was on a limited budget. Not only did she find her 'dream dress', it was affordable! The alterations were MUCH LESS than expected! She was treated like 'royalty' and had a perfect experience! The extra amenities at Daniell's were an added bonus. Thank you to all at Danielle's who made my neices day so special. You are wonderful in my book! Susan
Pros: Great and caring service
Cons: None

I looked everywhere to find the perfect bridesmaids dresses and I found them at Danielle's Bridal.. You can pick the dress you love and also match it with your colors. When I got them I was worried about how they would fit, but they fit all of my bridesmaid perfect, not kidding all different body sizes, they all looked great. They also had a wide selection of wedding gowns. I would have picked one from their if I hadn't already gotten my gown. Everyone their is so friendly I really enjoyed my easy stress free experience I had with them! Ashley
Pros: The staff was very frienly and helpful. The dresses are beautiful and high quality.
Cons: none that I experienced

I have helped 6 nieces buy their dresses from Danielles and could not be happier. I have found the sales staff to be very helpful. They have even gone the extra mile by staying late into the evening for out of town nieces. I have worked with the owner and found her to be professional and honest. I also know that from my own experience with my nieces that the brides tend to think that they are going to lose 5 or 10 pounds before the wedding and want a smaller size. Or they go on the birth control pill and actually need a larger size than before. One niece grew 2 inches in the bust and waist when she started the pill and I had to alter her dress 3 times before her body stopped changing. I have sent alot of friends to Danielles and have never had a complaint. I would never go anywhere else. Danielles will always be my first and last choice for a gown.
Pros: Different styles at affordable prices

I just read the review of Danielles Bridal Salon by another member. Now let me tell my experience. I did some pretty thorough investigations before I decided who to entrust with ordering and taking care of my dress. The first thing I found out was Danielles is the only store who does not charge for a 2nd pressing of the dress. They told me right up front that they will take care of minor spots when pressing for the 2nd time, and that if the dress was too dirty, they would need to have it cleaned and then would have to charge me. The other thing I learned from my phone conversations is that the alterations charges for Danielles is MUCH less than some of the other stores. I ended up ordering from Danielles and I couldn't have been happier with the service I was given. My wedding day was wonderful, and Danielles had a big part in making all my dreams come true.
Pros: Very friendly and knowlegable sale staff

This was the worst part of my whole wedding experience. From the moment I bought my dress they were shady. First they ordered the wrong size and tried to "Jerry Rig" it to fit, then they tried to make more alterations then necessary (so trying to make more money) and I had to be the one to point out the correct alteration to make - only one was needed. Then even though they said they would clean the dress when I picked it up it was filthy and they went back on their word and said they only do spot cleans and she said "well I was the one who got it dirty in the first place." They never once took responsibility for their own screw ups. It was always the customers fault. I would not recommend this store to any one. I wish I had gone with another store that carried this dress and paid more just not to have dealt with the dishonesty and lack of ethics. (The kicker was I dealt with the owner of the store on all occasions, which tells you a lot. They just dont care about the quality of customer service as long as they get a check from you.)
Cons: Customer Service, Alterations, Deceiving in all aspects
