We wanted to thank the Millcreek Inn Staff for the help and effort you put forth to make our big day one to remember forever. All of them made that day effortless and stress-free. Every detail surpassed our exprectations. It was such a wonderful night. We had the best time. The atmosphere, food and service was amazing! We definitely couldn't have done it without their help. Thanks again Millcreek Inn Staff!

Pros: Exceptional food, Rustic and cozy atmosphere, gorgeous outdoor setting

Cons: smaller facility, limited bathrooms

Dear Sasan, Raquel, Allison & the fabulous Millcreek Inn Staff, Thank you , thank you for helping us create the perfect setting for Isaac & Kelly's wedding reception. As Kelly phrased it " it was the wedding of my dreams". You attention to detail was amazing and did not go un-noticed: the friendly response on our first call; the ice water offered when we met; the sugestion and offers of advice. We LOVED the fruit buffet presentation, the hundreds of magical lights, the "always" lit votive candles, the last minute window washing, the decorative beverage displays, your amazing staff and their friendliness and willingness to help in every way. The night was truly magical & romantic. Kudos!

Sasan and staff, I just want to thank you for a remarkable evening. I was impressed the minute I walked in and saw the preparations well under way for the evening. It never entered my mind that there would be any kind of a problem. It was absolutely first class all the way. Your staff was the most attentive group of people I have ever encountered. They made us feel welcome and kept on giving and giving all night long in the most hospitable and professional way. It was incredible and very memorable. I had to pinch myself to make sure that I was in today's real world. The exterior was just as impressive as the interior. Even though it was more work for you, the fresh snow put a read unique signature on our event. So many commented on the beauty of the well lit trees and pathways. The outdoor tents were so well warmed and comfortable that one would never have known it was an outdoor extension of your main building. We came away so pleased, relaxed, and unburdened. To top it off, we all received the warmest heartfelt hugs, just before leaving, from you and your staff. We could not have left feeling any better. Without reservation, I highly recommend you, your Millcreek Inn, and Staff to anyone seeking an exceptional experience for gathering together for any special occasion. The others don't even hold a candle. Wish I had more daughters to send your way. Thanks again

A heart felt thank you for making our daughter's wedding such a success! It was absolutely exquisite in every way and couldn't have been more perfect for the happy couple. There were so many compliments concerning the beautiful facility, delicious food, presentation of it, cordial and accommodating staff, even down to the cheese and fruit tray in the bride's room and groom's room and lovely gift for them to take home. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Just couldn't let the opportunity go by without thanking each of you and I will recommend Millcreek Inn to all who aren't sure of where to have such an event. You far exceeded our expectations and made it magical for each of us.

Millcreek Inn Staff- Thank you for your help over the past few months. Stephanie & Troy loved their dinner on Wednesday evening. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The setting and food could not have been better. It was absolutely beautiful. Every single one of you went out of your way to help us in every situation, even when we thought my mother had misplaced some keys. Thanks again! We will highly recommend you to anyone who is considering an event in the future!

To Sasan and the entrire staff at Millcreek Inn, We wanted to tell you what an amazing job you did for our ceremony and reception- everything was done at 100%. The faciltiy looked beautiful- someone commented that it appeared as if every light in every tree was specially placed there. Everyone was very kind and willing to help in any way possible- your staff is amazing! The food was outstanding. We have had lots of feedback from family and friends about how much they enjoyed everything, especially the food!!! We appreciate all the help that you have given us in the planning stages and right up until the wedding.

Millcreek Inn created the perfect evening for my daughter's wedding last weekend. The food was fabulous. I kept receiving complements all night from my guests of how great the food was. The staff went out of their way to ensure that this evening was the most memorable ever. I can't thank Millcreek Inn enough for the wonderful job that was done.

I had my wedding here last summer. Our actual wedding day turned out great. The food was great and the canyon atmosphere was great. The night staff that evening was helpful, but by no means do I recommend this place at all, especially brides. My then fiance and I were treated with the utmost disrespect from the owner. We came to Millcreek to meet with him regarding what we thought was a very simple and normal request regarding the menu (and I know it was a normal request because my sister is an events planner and knows how things are supposed to go). Needless to say, our meeting turned out to be the most stressful and upsetting event of my wedding planning. He yelled and screamed at my fiance and treated us with such disrespect and contempt. He even threatened to let go our contract. At this point, I had stepped away and my ever patient fiance tried to have a calm discussion with him. If it weren't so close to our wedding date and if our friends and family had not already bought their plane tickets and made hotel reservations, I think I would have canceled and found another place. I find it very unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright rude to treat your clients in such a way.

I was appalled at the incredibly poor service I received at Millcreek Inn. Their sales pitch was perfect , the venue was pristine, so I signed up. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. As soon as I signed the contract, I was met with bad service and condescending employees. When I tried to talk to someone about this, the management was highly offensive and extremely disrespectful to us. I was shocked by the lack of common courtesy shown by the manager we dealt with. This type of blatantly discourteous treatment is the very last thing that someone needs during the stressful planning process. In short, I would not recommend this venue to ANYONE planning an event.

Pros: Beautiful atmosphere

Cons: Interacting with the staff is a nightmare
