My husband and I have used Cathe Cook Insurance since we were married 5 years ago. They've insured our homes, cars, boats and vintage vehicles. The staff is great and our insurance coverage is excellent. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

We have had Cathe Cook as our insurance agent for 8 years and we highly recommend her. The ladies in the office have always responded to our concerns and questions in a timely manner. They have recommended changes to our policy that have resulted in MORE coverage for the same amount of insurance premiums. We were in a pretty bad accident in 2001 and they took care of us, every step of the way. After this accident we moved 45 miles from Pleasant Grove to North Salt Lake. We decided to keep them as our insurance agency (even though they were so far away) because of the great customer service. We also had one too many tickets about 5 years ago and corporate Allstate was considering cancelling our coverage. The ladies at Cathe Cook's agency suggested that we put another car on our policy - just storage insurance (so like $5 a month more) - to keep our current coverage (I guess the extra car changes their risk calculations, so it made the ticket not so bad). After a few months they told us we could drop the storage insurance. This saved us the hassle of changing insurance companies - and after one rejects you for too much risk, the others know it and jack up your rates accordingly, knowing you're desperate! Again, I highly recommend this agency if you are looking for good customer service and a representative that looks out for your best interest.

Honestly raised my premium 80.00 a month, when called to ask why, they said cause the economy was bad!!!
Pros: They are nice girls
Cons: Dont know a thing about customer service or insurance

Cathe will promise you everything and once you sign those papers you will never hear from her or anyone in her office again. Their customer service is horrible. All of the girls in the office are very rude.
