One year ago my life crashed as I found out I had been wrongfully charged with 8 counts of communications fraud. I was facing over 15yrs in jail and possible deportation to my country if convicted. I was scared to death of going to jail because I am a single mother of a 6 yr old daughter. I contacted and interviewed a total of 16 attorneys in Salt Lake County and not a single one provided the attention on my first consultation like Kimberly Trupiano. The attorneys I interviewed before Mrs. Trupiano cared more about my bank account rather than my story. They were quick to judge even before they knew the facts. Mrs. Trupiano cared enough about my side of the story before she looked into retainers and fees; she took the time to understand the facts, listened to my version of the story, took detailed notes on my first consult, and gave me an accurate answer to the charges I was facing. My case is very difficult and involves strategic knowledge on the 'immigration' side of it because the outcome of my 'criminal' case will highly influence whether I continue to reside in the US. It has been a year since my journey commenced and steaks are high, but I thank god every day for the great attorney that I have. Although my case is still pending, Mrs. Trupiano has made wonderful progress in my favor. I would not trade her for anyone else in the world and every penny I've spent at the Trupiano Law Firm is little compared to the service I have received. I know my money has been well invested. If you have any problems with the law, I urge you to seek Mrs. Trupianos's advice because she has been the ONLY attorney that I have ever met that REALLY cares for the client and pays A LOT of attention to DETAIL, and in some cases that DETAIL is what matters. I am a stronger person with a positive attitude that continues to fight for justice along the side of a wonderful human being, my attorney Kimberly Trupiano. And I will definitely keep you posted on the outcome.
Pros: Everyone in the office is accessible, parking available, the office environment is soothing and welcomes you to feel comfortable.

I was wrongfully accused of a terrible crime. Kim Trupiano got the charge dismissed because she didn't give up. She always returned my calls quickly and was happy to talk about the case with me when I had questions.
Pros: Easy to find in Murray off of State Street, good parking
Cons: None really
