I was nervous the first time I took my toy poodle there to be groomed, and so I decided to hang around and watch. From both inside, and yes - I watched through the windows - I witnessed the care and love each dog was given while in the "living room", and how well-behaved and eager to please they were with the staff. When my poodle scampered out after he was groomed, he greeted me briefly and bee-lined it over to the "big boys" to play. Every dog in the room was gentle and there was no fear or tension in the air. It is truly a remarkable place with well-trained employees! And yes - very clean!

I really cant belive someone had a bad experence at ruffledale. this boarding facility is the cleanest boarding place i have ever seen. the girls there are watching the dogs at all times they even have squirt bottles full of water just in case something happens. i dont understand why that person says they are never on time, i drop my dogs off @ 7:00 every other morning and there is always someone there. my dogs are so excited when we turn the corner to go into ruffledales i know they are well taken care of, i have been going to ruffledales for 2 years now and nothing bad has ever happened to my dogs. Ruffledale is the best thing that has happened for my dogs and myself, they are so exhaused when i pick them up.
