Though public documents show the owner as David Kelsh, a man called Tracy states that he owns the business. When calling about a tow he gave incomplete information regarding amounts and the process then said to meet at Maverick and would not give actual business address. The driver without even saying hello or identifying himself simply stated "Do you have the cash" when told that I wasn't told cash was needed the driver said to "Fu&* off" and drove away. After calling the manager to complain the manager stated he would not charge the storage fee but we would need to take more time off work and meet him the next morning. The next morning when I complained that I had lost a total of 4 hours of work due to their games and the beyond believable rudeness of the previous driver he stated that he didn't care and because I dared complain he was now going to charge the storage fee that he had **twice** assured us he would waive. It is unfortunate that people of this type are allowed to pray on other people. Please consider your fellow human beings and do not support this business in any way. Do not allow business of this type to benefit from such immoral behavior.
